Sugarmoon - Bloor West #1 Toronto Body Sugaring

Loved it here! Everything was so nice and clean. The staff was so exceptional and kind! My only issue is, being disabled, the stairs to get in make it difficult.

I was given a technician with very poor technique, so painful that I asked her to stop halfway because it was pure torture - I've been getting this service for well over 5 years, I know what its supposed to feel like with even a halfway trained tech. Painfully grimaced through as much as I could before ending the session and politely asked the front desk not to book me in with that technician in the future only for the manager to come storming out of the back to yell in my face about how I'm wrong about her technician being untrained - if she was not brand new then they must have a horrible training program because I was in severe pain I haven't felt since my hardwax days. Very poor service very poor handling of customer feedback. I have since found other attendants that are satisfactory but if you're a sensitive person don't come to this location, the staff are extremely rude and will fully scream in your face over honest feedback/ attempts to protect yourself from physical harm because of unskilled technicians.

First time sugaring ever and first time getting any sort of hair removal since 2019 - these folks know their stuff! It was relatively painless, really quick, clean, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back again in 4-6 weeks!

Been going to Gabriella at Bloor for years now and Sugarmoon even longer. Fav sugar place in the city (as I’ve tried a few others). I prefer someone who talks to me throughout my sugaring process but I’m sure they would accommodate whatever your preference is.And although they’re maybe not the “cheapest” option, they provide a service that’s well worth the price. Clean, efficient, and friendly. 100% recommend.

Sugarmoon is my love! I discovered this place in 2019 and been a customer ever since! Impeccable service always! Sugaring is never painful there, always amazing result and great experience! Their in house made moisturizer lotion is must try! Madison is one and only an amazing sugaring queen!

When I walked to the shop via the stairs, I noticed that they had their own brand products. I got a few skin care items, including hand cream, skin relief, eye cream, and body scrub, all of which are organic. However, I encountered a slight inconvenience as they did not display all of the prices, which meant that I had to keep asking for clarification. I hope that it did not cause any annoyance to the staff. Anyway, I am looking forward to trying out the products. Also, they offer services such as body sugaring and skin care treatment. If I lived closer, I would definitely be delighted to try them out.

Had my first ever facial and Boguslawa was amazing. Very attentive to detail and explained everything thrououghly throughout the process. I've already booked a different service for next week - highly recommend her and the salon!

WOW! the customer service at this salon exceeds all expectations. It was my first time at this salon and my first time experiencing sugar waxing (why did i wait this long!).The front receptionist was soft spoken, kind and willing to answer all my questions. The technician who performed my full -arm sugar waxing was informative (provided a lot of education to me as a client) and took her time. She paid close attention to detail.My arms have never looked or felt better. Cant wait to start doing more sugar waxing on my body!
