Had an amazing experience. Very friendly staff. Especially staff name Chris there. Very welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. I have already told them i will be back for the tires.

Please stay away from this place, very poor and careless management; I had my car for repair, and I don’t think the technician knew what he was doing; the shop manager on the computer, most of the time, does not seem to care about poor performance. Anyway, long story short, after one hour of not completing a simple break job, I ended up in Maneke, which solved my issue in minutes. PS don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Super friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable staff! Awesome service and they won't rip you off! And this is coming from someone who has had many negative experiences with mechanics and other auto service providers. Definitely recommend!

Efficient service. A welcoming atmosphere. I did an oil change and break check for my car and the price was affordable. I definitely recommend if you are looking for honest service.

Rude and racist service advisor. Better to avoid this place if you are looking for a hassle free service. The words you’ll hear over the phone would be easy changed when you go there. They’ll lie about what they talked to you with ease and in return argue with you and try to prove you wrong.Better avoid this place if you want to sleep peacefully after returning from the mechanic shop and not left with any trauma.

I got my tires swapped here. Had a positive experience. Got a personal approach with scheduling an appointment and job done well. They even provided a link to the report online on what other aspects to check based on mileage and condition. Prices are adequate. Much better than an average shop overall. Will be coming back!

I recently tried to have some tire services done at this shop and my car was damaged. The Shop Manager got very offensive and agitated. Now I have to fix the damage out of pocket. Stay away as far as possible from this place. Shocked to see that there still are businesses out there where customers mean nothing - only profits. Terrible business. As I can see from the many responses here from the Manager, he always finds an excuse as to why the customer is wrong and he is right. Stay away!!!

Only used this automotive centre twice but service has been exemplary! They book for specific times, do the work while you wait and explain very well the problem and the solution.As a Honda owner I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

Excellent service, online appointment system works and they follow up to make sure it is adjusted to meet your requirements. Estimated time to service the vehicle was spot on. Cost was very competitive too. Keep up the good service team!

Was at this Store last Tuesday (May 9th). Went there for wheels’ alignment as I was not feeling comfortable driving on the Highway (steering wheel was shaking around 100km speed) after having exchanged my winter tires to all season tires at another Place (which is very well known in town cheap but very low-quality service). I was advised by Store Manager Chris to have a test drive by their mechanics to ensure if it really needs wheels alignment or was it just balancing, they might need, as there was $30 difference, and I would have paid this difference had they did not do this test drive. So, it was only Balancing my tires needed. Chris was really super friendly, trustworthy and decent with his knowledgeable staff.The bottom line. You get an awesome service and you will not feel they are trying to rip you off. Definitely recommending.
