Sylvan Lake Boston Pizza, very happy with the GM Fay and the and service .every one working there puts the customer first, making you visit special, great place to take family and friends, we will be back , Thank you BPs Sylvan Lake . This place has the best cold schooner’s in town and the food is good to , Big screen TVs with all the sports on .yup my go to place

We ordered delivery. Boston Pizza has always been the best pizza. Even though it is more expensive the crust, sauce and good volume of topping made it. We havent had Pizza from BP for awhile and decided to order a signature chicken pizza and my favorite the meateor. My wife and I were so disappointed. The crust was terrible, the sauce on the meateor was hard to find let alone taste and the pizza had less cheese and toppings than your standard cheap pizza 73 pizza.Maybe this is just Sylvan lake. We stop at various BPs when we travel and have never had a bad pizza experience. Not sure whats going on there but if they dont up their game they will loose more customers

Wow!!! If I could give them a zero I would. Came in with my family of five asked for a booth. The lady brought us to a table I told her we would prefer a booth. The lady got annoyed and said she would have to clean a booth which we had no problems with. We preceeded to the front door to wait for the table to be cleaned. Another lady came and said there is no way your family can fit at a booth I said to her once again we would prefer a booth and have done it several times before. She continued to say we could all fit but sighed and finally agreed to let us sit at a booth. The resturant was not busy many booths were avaliable they just needed to clean them. We told them were leaving as they were being rude towards us. We ended up going to Red Deer for supper worth the drive. Avoid this place they are rude and don't know how to treat customers. Look at the rest of the reviews not that great of a place.

Horrible service. We asked for a booth and was brought to a table. When we asked for a booth again there was none clean. Then another server came out and was not polite at all repeating the same thing. We said that we have fit 5 in a booth before and could make it work and she kept repeating that it wouldn't. Do not eat here save yourself.

The service was great. The meal was spectacular which we enjoyed half of it for supper. You can't get better quality for the quantity.

Seven of us went for a family celebration. All but one of the meals were great. One kids bugs meal was very light on sauce and they couldn't redo it because they were out of the pasta. The atmosphere was like always but it was quite hot until they finally turned on the AC. We will definitely return because the server was excellent.

Good service, food came out fast. The hungry carnivore pasta was yummy but was missing the sausage and the garlic toast should had been put on a separate plate because it got soggy being on top of the pasta. The Memphis wings were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious.

I absolutely love our local Boston Pizza. My family has been going for many years. We love the staff and management and the food and experience is always wonderful. Good work Sylvan Lake Boston Pizza!

Clean bathrooms, clean tables; restaurant was a zoo, but the bar was quiet. Nightly specials in the bar. Customer service was excellent, did not wait for menus or drinks, orders taken quickly.Prices are not outrageous like most restaurants in Sylvan; seems to be fairly priced like most BPs.Food was fast and hot! 5 star all around.

Boston Pizza
Went for supper at Boston Pizza in Sylvan Lake tonight. My three year old was served a plate of slimy rotten vegetables. Our server was great once I pointed out that the peppers and carrots were rotten but I'm curious what the quality control is like in the kitchen and how rotten food was sent to our table. I am very hesitant to dine here again.
