I would recommend going elsewhere, as they charge $35 for doing nada. Even renewing an existing account or buying a new phone on an existing account. Gouging you for $35 and they couldn't care less.....take your business elsewhere and save money.

I was treated very well. The best product for me, which they recommended to me, turned out to be one they don't sell. The didn't make a dime off me, but took the time to see that I knew what I needed. How often does that happen?
