I went to the office for a notary public with my photo ID as per the law, to certify my signature. The document was in Arabic and I send these documents to the Egyptian consulate to give me the authorization to let a close friend of mine withdraw my pension. She asked me to translate it, saying that I don't feel comfortable" as if she does not understand that the notary would certify my signature

Disappointed. We were in need of a lawyer for a real estate sale. Sarah was recommended by friends. On completion of the sale when we received the papers we noted a charge for a tax certificate which we had paid for directly from the city and had sent to her directly. We requested a refund of the amount she charged us which she refused. She said it was part of the quote and even though she knew we were getting it directly she did not inform us she would charge us anyway. When asked to refund us in good faith she again refused and stopped communicating with us all together. Not professional behaviour in my opinion. We were going to have Sarah prepare our wills but will look elsewhere.
