had heard that Grace Wong of Apex Computer & Mobile Repairs is an amazing computer and mobile repair professional. When my iPhone refused to be charged by my power cord, I contacted Grace.Grace diagnosed the issue and provided me with a rock-solid estimate of repair cost and time. She then contacted me when the necessary part arrived. The repair was completed within her two hour estimate.Did I mention “rock-solid estimate”? When I picked up my phone, Grace informed me that she found another more costly issue with my phone. She had repaired it for free because it was not in the originalestimate! Now that is outstanding customer service!!I personally recommend Grace Wong as a highly competent and caring computer and mobile repair professional for all your smart device ills.

I had an Ipad Air 2 that was not holding a charge any more. Grace was able to replace the battery so it is now back to 100%! Very reasonable pricing and turnaround time. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Quick service and fair price. Grace replaced the battery on my iPhone. Slight issue with the first battery, she fixed it right away and it’s working great. She gave advice on how to properly condition the battery to maintain its lifespan. Would recommend

Had my phone screen fixed, as well as as the screen on my laptop. Both were done above my expectations for. The laptop repair was actually less than she quoted me, but feels so sturdy like it's brand new. This will be my new go to place, and a highly recommend business to friends and family, from now on.

Grace was Polite and Outgoing and made the whole experience really easy. The fix was a little more complicated than anticipated but Grace never tried to charge more and honoured the original quote. Will 100% return if in need of any fixes.
