I've been waiting for them to deliver my Parcel and its going to be 4 days LATE. Its even in town already. It takes them a day to try and deliver" then it says they have to hold my package to verify my address

Left a note on the door saying that 'we missed you ' even though I was home and then when I went to pick up my parcel, I was told to come the next day coz the Canada post employee was too busy and was not willing to help me out

No phone number to call about a problem. It seems no post office has a phone number. Horrible customer service.

cant provide any useful information at all, didn’t care to listen to what i said, and clearly wanted me to leave. i was doing my best to be polite but both gentlemen i spoke to were very quick to talk down to me in an incredibly rude and insulting tone. i don’t know if it’s because i’m a young women or if they’re just mean people but either way i nearly left crying from how they treated me and the situation. incredibly disappointing.

Contacted the (only) published number, a toll free number, to inquire whether any of their stores or outlets in town have the product I was looking for. Not only did they not know if they did, but they didn't have" the phone number for any of their local stores (or wouldn't give it to me...) Now I have to drive an hour just to find out if they do or don't have envelopes I'm looking for. Not pleased."

We received a package that should have gone to someone else. Canada post delivered this package to our address despite the package having a different address. It is very difficult to find a phone number to report this issue quickly. This isn't the 1st time that I received incorrect mail. I would prefer not to have my mail delivered by Canada post. The website should have a phone number listed to expedite issues of this nature.

Pretty sure one of your drivers almost hit me today while I was crossing the road, today is February 27th 2023.It happened at Notre Dame and Dalhousie the street crossing over from Petland.I was on the crosswalk with the pedestrian light on and he was about a foot away from hitting me.

My family and I went in to enquire about PO box services on March 15 2022, and the staff was very knowledgeable and polite. My children decided to... Be children, and the staff were VERY understanding and kind about it all. Wonderful customer service experience, thank you!
