Duke Heights BIA is great by helping promote business in the area. They host many events like a scavenger hunt as well as others like finding mentors for new business helps make the community better. Although there is construction in the area due to the subway, they are doing a great job.

The Duke Heights BIA is great. I love their scavenger hunt (Duke Hunt) which really lets you experience all of the great businesses which the area has to offer (and wow, there are so many great ones!!). Very fun to participate and learn about some new spots. :)

The duke heights scavenger hunt is an amazing event that introduces you to many small, but amazing businesses in the area. Highly recommend participating in it, the challenges are fun and the prizes are great.

DUKE Heights Business Improvement Area (BIA)
Great event to explore an area that that is not well trafficked by pedestrians. Found some hidden gems and will be visiting again one day. Only feedback should be an understanding of the points more clearly. Like points don’t restart each day and that’s all the questions across all the days. Surprisingly large area and need a car to participate. I suggest letting especially new participants in beginning know how far it is between quadrants so they can plan accordingly.

So impressed with all the different events put on by this BIA. Great way for people to discover the neighborhood. Wish that they gave a warning that the scavenger hunt is NOT walkable - we tried but it’s downright impossible to do it all by foot, you need a car.
