Regier Honda

Please bear with me as this review is a little “long winded”.My first experience with these folks was 12 yrs. ago, I had “cash in hand”, and tried to buy a Honda outboard, they would not order one in for me because “ Honda motors are very “DEAR” (expensive) , questioning further all I got was the same line, left that morning and bought a Yamaha in Saskatoon. So much for supporting a local merchant.My 2nd attempt was with my son-in-law, he was dealing on a Honda quad and was finalizing the paperwork, While waiting , I was dealing on a 2 yr. old used motorcycle in the showroom, pristine condition but the salesman would not budge from the asking price, which by the way was $ 400 above new list price, I told son-in-law this and he “backed out” of his purchase. Tough luck Regier. That cost you 2 sales in 1 day.3rd and absolutely last time I will ever darken you doorway was 2 weeks ago. My wife recently bought a 2 year old CRV on a private sale. Bank financing and private extended warranty. The A/C hose started leaking so I thought “support local”. Took the CRV in, had Regier check it out, cost me. 100 +/- . They wouldn’t even talk to my warranty people, I said I would just pay the full cost to repair and deal with warrant company myself, All the service writer could do was BRAG about how expensive their labor rates were and how good they were. He then told me the part is on “back-order” and would be probably 3-4 months. I said “let’s get it on order at least”, the service writer then informed me AGAIN how expensive their labor rate was.That was the last straw, I’m not a “ homeless” person, I was reasonably well dressed, and all that “clown” could do was inform me how exclusive they were. Expensive and Exclusive does not mean your service is good.Follow up. I Phoned Meidl Honda in Saskatoon that day, Got an appointment the next day, they ordered my parts, phoned me 3 days later and said the parts were in, booked me in for service the next day, Meidl had no issues with my private warranty people, and 3 hours later i’m on the road. TOUGH LUCK Regier , I would sooner drive 3 hours to get my vehicle serviced where my business is appreciated. I have no idea how Regier ever received a Honda Dealership.

This is my second time purchasing a Honda from Honda Swift Current. The entire staff has been phenomenal from the beginning.Dave Reiger helped me find the right vehicle, took the time to help me figure out the functions in the car and above that took his time too look into everything I was wanting! I highly recommend them.Wouldn’t shop anywhere else but Honda:)

Wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle but the sales staff were really friendly and accommodating. There was a deal on, but don't expect to haggle on price. You're buying a Honda and it is quality. Showroom was really clean, staff all had nice shoes and followed all Covid guidelines. Highly recommend. The Honda vehicles and staff are top notch at this location.

I was on my way to Swift Current from Calgary and the air conditioning in my work car went kaput! It was over 37 C and hot hot hot PLUS it was 1pm on the Friday of a long weekend.....NO Hyundai dealership in Swift Current as this would have been covered under warranty....what is a girl to do! I called Regier Honda and explained the situation. Asked if they had any time to work on it and could they fit me in given it was the last hours before a long weekend. They said please come by about 4pm and they would be happy to see what could be done. I arrived, they took my car right in and instead of having to wait they said that they could drop the keys in my Dad's mailbox. I had a very sad family supper due to my Step-Mom's passing and I didn't want to miss it. Settled the bill over the phone and when I arrived at my Dad's, the keys were in the mailbox as promised. I have absolutely no words to explain what their kindness and compassion means to me and I get emotional each time I think about it. Not often you get service and caring like I received that day......I would suggest you contact Regier Honda if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. They will treat you as if you were a family member for sure. Thanks fellas for taking good care of me.

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Regier Honda here in Swift Current we couldn't be happier with our experience. Our representative at Regier Honda was David and he is awesome. With COVID dealerships have been struggling with inventory so we had been waiting. A vehicle became available and David contacted us right away. Not only did David find us a vehicle but got us a vehicle that works with our budget. Overall, our experience with Regier Honda was perfect and our experience with David, also perfect. We couldn't be happier. We will be repeat customers. Thank you Regier Honda and thank you David.

I called Regier Honda and asked for a ride to the dealership, as my car was completely dead. They picked me up and I spent a couple hours test driving and learning the features of HR-Vs. Dave Regier was excellent at explaining the features of the car, payment options and benefits of choosing Honda.As this was my first time buying a new car, the entire process was clearly explained to me. Dave was caring and never pushed me to buy on the day I test drove the vehicles. Dave clearly answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.Overall, Regier Honda was welcoming, respectful and very helpful. The dealership went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend stopping in to look at vehicles and talking with Dave Regier.
