Really cool facility and very friendly staff. This is definitely something worth trying and is a fun experience. The only thing I would say is that you have to be some level of good to really enjoy your time, especially if you’re here for an hour or more.

Super nice little place. The guy was friendly and showed us what to do/what we were doing wrong to correct our throws. Went with my family, but would be really cool with a group of friends as well. I would definitely recommend.

Not Impressed with the staff or service. The axes were damage so they hurt your hand. Staff were not friendly at all. Left upset and angry. Attitude is everything. We will probably never go back. The axe throwing downtown had less room, but was more fun.

This was a fun time, wear Comfy clothing and prepare to fetch every axe you throw. I enjoyed the curated games to play in a group of 2+ people. 4 people was best as more would have had to use more lanes or risk not having enough time for each player as you are paying by the hour. It was a little intimidating at first but after those first couple throws, you settle into it just fine. Definitely a learning curve. You can get drinks added to your bill while you play and pay at the end, which was a nice bonus to save time.

My husband and I spent Valentine's Day there and it was the best date night plan ever. Not only did we do something that we hadn't done, our arms got a bit of a workout and we embarked on some friendly competition. The staff was wonderful, offering suggestions on how to make things a little more challenging and providing game suggestions that added to the experience. Location was easy to find and they have ample free parking. Highly recommend Timberjaxe for a large group event or two people looking for something fun to do on a Friday night date night.

Excellent fun. Axe throwing is different. This was a staff party, and there was a large range of abilities. For some, the bullseye was the goal. For others, just getting the axe to stick was a win. The team game was fun for everyone, as even poor shots contributed. Throwing the big axe was a great reward for the winning team.

Staff was a bit cold, but still helped us when we needed and were flexible when we had more people than initially planned. They also helped my partner when he cut his hand on an axe handle that had a rough spot in the plastic. It is a bit expensive ($27.50/hour), so you want to make sure you get your money’s worth. So be prepared to be active for an hour and probably sore the next day. Overall, it’s a fun activity, but the cost prevents it from being a regular outing.

Axes weren’t sharp in anyway, targets were old and needed to be replaced. There was no service. We left after 20 minutes and still had to pay full price. Super disappointing.

Need therapy? Cause the experience I had at this business was beyond exhilarating! We had a blast!Throwing a heavy axe at a piece of wood and having the satisfaction of it your target can make anyone feel good or even laugh at your horrible throws. We have a great time and We will be visiting again!
