Avis Car Rental

Just had some confusion with the KM on my rental. Called head office and they were absolutely no help. Then I called the location itself and received AMAZING customer service. Very impressed. The representative took the time to address my concerns and went above and beyond.

Horrible customer service. The agency manager Farraj really doesn’t know how to speak to customers, I was shocked at how he spoke to me. I plan to escalate this issue to corporate, no one should have to deal with horrible service.

This place needs to be shut down for poor service. They will lie and mislead you so it’s best if you obtain everything in writing so that you can sue them.Also, there’s no way this place has 4.2 stars, he probably asked his friends and family to give him 5 stars. Read the 1 star reviews if you want to see the real feedback.

I have used this car rental many times before. But this experience would certainly make me think twice if I ever need to rent again. Since I was on a government business, my office booked the car for me. The car I got was dirty on the outside with dead bugs all over the front of the car. The inside was reeked of stale cigarette smoke. There was no sign of it being cleaned with the previous owner's rental agreement still in the glove compartment. When I told the person who rented me the car, he flatly denied that it smelt of cigarette smoke. He was either on a denial mode or he was a smoker himself. It was ironic that he asked me to sign or initial on the agreement that I would not smoke inside the car. To be fair, when I found out the dead bugs on the outside of the car and told him, he did offer to clean the car. But is it not customary to clean a car inside out after it's being returned and before it's rented out to the next customer? Do I have to complain to get the car cleaned before I take over?

Best car rental experience ever. I needed a car at the last minute and Chad (Avis-Budget, Bells Corners) went above and beyond to ensure that I could be accommodated, even though there were no cars available when I called. He kept his word and called me on Saturday morning to let me know that there was a car available for me. He was professional and personable, and I drove off with a smile.

One of the best experiences I have had renting a car. Very fast very efficient, no time waste in unnecessary details like two ids and all. At the return time also he was very quick and helpful. I recommend this over the other location (Airport)
