Sam and her crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon time and quickly got to work. 3 workers did a complete spring cleaning including washing the windows and I am so glad that I hired them to do this massive job. Great value for the job completed. She was very accommodating for my schedule as well which I appreciated.

Used services for a move cleaning (prior to moving in). Sam and their team were extremely responsive and very flexible when our moving truck and entire plan had to change. They worked irregular hours in order to ensure the services were completed prior to our move in. They even did some areas twice when the movers tracked in some dirt. Overall they did an amazing job and I highly recommend to anyone in the area. We will be using their services again in the future for sure!

Sam has been cleaning our house for a year now, and we couldn't be happier. Nothing feels better than coming home to a clean space after a long day of work. Sam is thorough, organized and motivated. She is also flexible with scheduling. It is obvious that she takes a lot of pride in her work, and comes highly recommended.

Hired Sam to clean my house top to bottom for the people who bought it. Sam and her staff showed up in time and had the house not only clean but smelling wonderful. I owned 3 dogs during the time I lived there and all I could smell was how clean the house was. Thank you very much Sam!!

We needed a move out deep clean; because of timing it was known we would not be there to see the end results but truly felt like we were being taken care of. It worked out that my daughter could stop by and look over everything and she sent me photos and videos.The job wasn't done; dirty sinks, grimy faucets, dirty mirrors, sand and grit on an unwiped kitchen counter, and marks from a dirty rag all over the fridge. All areas that had been listed as cleaned/polished and washed on the invoice.The photos and videos were sent to Sam and I expressed my understanding; things happen, there was still time for the situation to be rectified. When she returned and met my daughter at the house she was very very disrespectful and unprofessional. She grew more and more hostile with remarks and replies as more missed spots where pointed out.The following is what I wish I had heard or been told to avoid my experience: Make sure to be extremely extremely vigilant if you are want to feel that the service was worth the cost. If you complain there is a history of disrespect and unprofessionalism with the handling of complaints, we were blatantly lied to and insulted in a situation that didn't warrant it.

I moved to the area during uncertain times (COVID-19 lockdown) with many physical limitations of my own that make it a requirement for me to have a good house cleaner. I have a schedule of constant change from week to week and I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling my cleaning. Being a parent of a child with disability, I also love that the owner is an equal opportunity employer. I look forward to my house cleaning every other week, and I think if anyone else selects Sam's EZ Clean as their cleaning service, you too will have a smile on your face when you get home.
