We loved the guides and sleds at Valley Adventure (Arctic Adventure). Our group started by leading the dogs to each sled, then continued to navigate the intermediate terrain on the sleds with the dogs for the afternoon. The route was fun and technical, and the guides were able to accommodate our large group. Best experience of our trip.

We really enjoyed dogsledding! No puppies unfortunately, but awesome dogs who were energetic and strong despite some sticky snow. And driving a dogsled is super fun!!

We did the dog sledding with Mountain Adventure dog sledding and hiked/ziplined with tyroparc. Absolutely amazing experiences with amazing staff! Wife and I had a blast. If you're up for it, you're gonna sweat for both activities. If not, the staff can accommodate to make sure you enjoy the activities regardless.

We had an overall good experience. The 2-hour snowmobile tour was great and the hosts were great as well. It was easy to book using the Activity Center website. Our only negative was there wasn’t enough seating on the transport vehicle (limo). We had 8 guests for this tour and only 7 seats, including the front passenger seat. Someone had to sit on the floor of the vehicle for an hour ride both there and back. The host said they didn’t realize they had a booking for 8. They didn’t offer a vehicle to accommodate 8 guests but allowed a booking for 8 guests. I’m not sure where the disconnect in communication was, but for safety and comfort reasons, there should definitely be enough seats for guests that have booked. Had we known this going in, we would have driven ourselves up there using our rental car.

We had a great experience with the Dune Buggy activity. We booked the 2-hour long activity an hour North West of Mont Tremblant at Outdoor Logistik located at 95 Chemin des Iles L'Ascension, Québec, J1T 1W0.We had a great guide. The weather was both snow and rain so my only recommendation is to dress appropriately! They supply boots, pants, jackets and helmets that are waterproof but if its cold, I recommend additional layers as well as a change of clothes because spite being waterproof, you still get wet.10/10 recommend!

It was an amazing experience and very straight forward to book and enjoy. We did some dog sledding and also snow tubing which were fantastic activities for our kids. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, will definitely use the service next time.

We booked the Fishing/ Snowshoe, Bisons & Sled Dog Visit package, which is the most expensive option they have at $188 per person. It turned out that it was not just an absolute waste of time and Money, it also left us with a very bad taste in our mouth. First, we were told that we could either take the 10 or 11 am package, but we were not informed that the 11 am just gives you less time for the same activity.The ice fishing was basically on a tiny man made pond with stocked fish, definitely not something for people who are experienced in fishing/ ice fishing. This was not the worst part though, the worst was the attitude of the person who was supposed to help with the fishing. His main aim was to ensure that no one catches their limit, which they had paid for. He gave us this stick with a fake plastic jig on, and did not let you try any other bait. The guy did not speak a word of English and was biased towards French speaking folks. He was basically policing people and even gestured to me that he was watching me, as if I was a theif or something. This is highly unacceptible specially when you paid so much money for this experience. I wish I could get my money back. It goes without saying, I am never coming back here and advise everyone to stay away, specially from this overpriced activity.

The worst customer service experience I have ever seen. Do not book with these people.Parc Omega and Aventures Plein Air St-Hippolyte showed exceptional customer service in contrast. Go there instead.I have sent 5 emails with no response, had 4 different team members give me conflicting information regarding my reservation, and lied to. There was constant flip flopping over a policy that sure does sound different depending on who you talk to.I booked a reservation in the afternoon to avoid a snowstorm in the morning. My order went through and hours later I get a phone call from their team saying the reservation is actually not available. I get moved to a morning reservation, get caught in the snowstorm, speak to an unfriendly rep and receive conflicting info.Our car stalled on a hill relatively close to the designated meeting point, and said rep puts us on hold and the call fails while we are on hold, then she calls us back 15-20 minutes later noting she confirmed someone was going to come and help us. This was false.The rep explained a partial refund was in order, but then said because she tried to help us it was not longer an option. I get in contact with a manager who then asks me to provide more information through email, but then does not reply to the email or contact me back as noted.These guys are on such a tight schedule, but then want to have us start our activity an hour later (and eat into another group's" time) instead of giving us a refund AFTER having moved our reservation last second? Wow.I love adventure activities; in booking region specific activities across Hawaii

i had a wonderful time ice climbing with my guide. she was kind and very helpful, especially with teaching us how to properly belay and always supervising us :)
