On October 5th we called to obtain a quote for our stores insurance. I believe the person we spoke to was Simon, for 25 minutes we went over all the details and requirements. We were supposed to get a call-back within 2 days, however we are now October 12th and received no call, no voicemail and no email. Unfortunately we will bring our business elsewhere and leaving a 1 star review for the low responsiveness.

I spent the last few days trying to contact them to get information on my policy. After spending over 30 minute on hold I was directed to voice mail, twice! Eventually, I spoke to someone about my policy and they just kept telling me I was going to be charged more exorbitant fees and penalties if I tried to reduce my policy costs. Very typical, slimy insurance salesperson. No thinks. I'll gladly pay a little more elsewhere.

In particular, Mr. Michel Paulin has handled the customer with prompt response and provided great service. The communication and the way of detailed explanation for the customers (mainly for new comers to Canada) is well appreciated.
