We reserved everything in advance and when we got there they didn’t have anything ready or available. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The staff was super slow, took him 45 mins to just figure out where the truck was. It was so stupid.

I'm only giving it a star cause my review won't be posted without it. I rented a van and was trying to return it the same day. I came at 2pm and his sign says he is gonna be back at 2:30pm after lunch break. I waited till 4pm till he came back but instead of an apology, i got shouted saying I don't have to wait cause I can close the conract through my phone, which I did with him and he doesn't even know how to do it as well. I have rented here few times and recommend to a lot of people but not anymore. The OWNER is RUDE and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm giving it NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

Am giving this location three stars because I had to call to get my contract closed about three days after returning it on time during business hours (guy at the register told me I could leave and he’d take care of it), and then was charged for an extra day (a common problem based on other reviews which alerted me to this problem). Had to call for a refund which I eventually received by cheque from Uhaul. Try to get your contract closed on the spot and check the charges. The person I dealt with was courteous otherwise. Received the truck on time and in good shape.

My experience of renting a U haul truck was very good as the truck was clean and well maintained. Adding to it , I didn’t faced any problems in the contract throughout the rental process and charges were also fair enough.The guy handling at the day when I rented was amazing as he completed the whole process very fast and also guided me through the whole contract and the functionalities of the truck, it was great renting a truck from uhaul.

Xxxx SCAM ALLART BEWARE ××××1× lied about prices / rates over the phone2x they told me higher rate inperson3x they charged my credit card much higher rate then promised 4x changed the timing of truck rentalX if they say return at 5pm, they will email you saying bring it back by 4pm on the contract.5x when returning the guy receiving the truck said everything was perfect and clean everything was fine. Gas and milage was checked truck was checked.0### BUT LATER CHARGED EXTRA FOR FUEL ON CREDIT CARD WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, ONLY TO FIND OUT FROM CREDIT CARD COMPANY IT WAS MORE THEN TRIPPLE THE AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL.PRICE PROMISED OVER THE PHONE .89CENTSPRICE TOLD INPERSON AND AGREED ON 1.13PRICE CHARGED $1.75 PER KMNEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. My second U-haul rental this summer. For unknown reasons, the app didn't work this time; the no-contact pickup didn't work either. The website app didn't work. Weird; had no problems a few months ago.Not the fault of this agent, I presume.I went in, and was met with an experienced professional who took me through the steps very quickly, and immediately found a solution to a problem.The truck was in good shape, pretty clean. Absolutely no complaints about the agent. And I basically always find something to complain about.No hesitation in recommending this agent.

The team at this uhaul are very professional, friendly and willing to help. Their team ensured I was secured before leaving their premises and even offered great pickup-drop off availability I couldn’t find at other locations. Their team is also very understanding as I was running a bit late for my return, and provided me with no additional charges. Excellent service and clean/safe equipment. Will be renting from them again soon.

Went to a smaller truck and ended up paying double what was quoted. The truck itself was dirty and had issues. Would not recommend

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Truck broke down and was fraudulently charged more for milage. Website stated 1.09/km I was charged 1.75/km. Almost $30 to go 17km. SCAM ALERT
