I have been a patient of Dr Jeff’s at South Trail Chiropractic for about 8 years. On the advice of someone I knew, I began treating with Dr Jeff for a pretty serious neck injury from an MVA which wasn’t resolving. He helped me immensely and after treating with him for a few months, I can say that my neck was back to normal, allowing me to avoid surgery. I have chiropractic treatments on a regular basis now, which keeps me feeling limber and pretty much pain-free. The support staff are great as well - always helpful and friendly. My experience with Dr. Jeff has been amazing!! He is very professional; his assessment technique is very thorough and after an adjustment I feel really good. Tawnia, Kelsey and Carmen are awesome and run everything calmly and professionally providing answers to questions and basic stretching techniques to help what ails you!! I have been cared for by Dr. Jeff and his team for quite a few years now. They are all professional, caring, friendly, and easy to get along with. Appointments are quick and Dr. Jeff gives great adjustments, even when the office is busy and the waiting room is full of clients. It is easy to book and reschedule (if need be). This would be a follow up review of my first impressions that’s on their website. To be honest nothing has changed except for the better. I still feel completely welcomed in the office. How wonderful it is to walk in and you get these lovely ladies welcoming you and asking about your day. That’s when you know your at a place that care about your well being. Now Dr. Jeff what can you say about someone who passionate about make sure each and everyone of his patients get better while at the same time putting a smile on your face. It blows me always sitting in the office and watching everyone in this office make sure your smiling walking in and smiling walking out. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my lower back, plus some other issues. A cortisone injection was scheduled for 5 weeks time to relieve the intense pain. After 4 weeks under Dr. Jeff's care, my family doctor and I were able to cancel the injection, as the pain was no longer constant and not as intense. All the staff here have been so welcoming and helpful. I am looking forward to the weeks and months ahead as I keep healing.

Dr. Jeff helped me understand why I was having legs, neck and back pains, his expertise in analyzing what’s happening to my spine explained it all. It was a pain that I grew up with since high school (20 years) and I didn’t know that it has something to do with the alignment of my neck and spine. I can never thank hime enough. God sent to me.
