Shazia is really good at what she does. She was nice enough to consult my skin and suggest what is recommended vs. What I thought I needed. She is kind.

I bought a groupon and used two sessions of laser hair removal earlier this year with Shazia. However she is not at this clinic anymore. The clinic has been open since July and they have yet to hire a new aesthetician. I have called several times but no help. Now I am stuck with the Groupon and no service from this clinic.

Very bad customer service. Even in case you want to use their service, I strongly recommend not to prepay them.

I have been attending this clinic for well over a year now. I drive an hour from downtown because my treatments have been dramatic. Shazia uses a mix of RF and mesotherapy on me. I lose several inches with each treatment and results are seen within days. It is truly a small miracle. This may not be the norm for everybody but it is for me. Shazia is a wonderful aesthetician who has a decade or so of experience. She is well versed across a variety of treatments and remains on top of medical technology. I paid for services before the lockdown and could not get my treatment since then. I have been calling the clinic ever since but none answers the phone. The patients are left in dark about the status of the closures/ opening of the clinic since there lockdown. Nobody ever answers the phone, i don't know how to reach out to them.

I have visited this clinic over three times and have always had exemplary service done by both the Doctor and Shazia . Both are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service . The clinic itself is very clean and tidy.
