I was told their bike mechanic refuses to assemble an electric bicycle, which is one of the most popular on the market, and was rated as being very easy to assemble. That says more than enough about their skill and service to me.

We had such an amazing experience with 360! We rented bikes for the three of us to ride the G2G. They were very responsive, and so helpful when we arrived. We didn't have cell service, and they found us directions to our Airbnb and took extra time to draw us a map to the trail. Can't recommend this friendly well stocked store enough! Thank you!

Great store! We had been looking for weeks for parts to an old bike my son had bought for his mother and was fixing up. After several futile searches at other stores - along with advice to abandon the project - we walked into the right store. We had what we needed in hand in less that 5 minutes and walked out to go and finish the project! Good prices, friendly service! Highly recommended

Just bought this adult trike. My name was on a waiting list as items are sometimes in short supply. I got a call from Bikes & Boards and went down the same day and made my purchase.Jaiden was so professional and knowledgeable plus friendly & kind. What a great employee! This is so convenient for me to do my errands. Its like My Tesla as no gas required! Bonus that it gives this senior exercise. The bike is made in Canada & North Carolina. No low quality bikes here! It came with a great warranty & service in Bikes & Boards.

The owner's & staff always go that extra mile for me finding parts for an ebike I did not even purchase there. I do most of my own servicing of my ebike, but they have no qualms about sourcing exactly what I need. Fully stocked store including bike accessories, scooters & skate boards. They also do rentals of bikes, kayaks & paddle boards.

The owner of the store is an angel. I was stranded with a broken bottom bracket and needed to bike 130 km home on a Sunday. They luckily had the part, but the mechanic wasn't in. She kindly let me borrow tools, and then brought in her husband with a blowtorch when it seemed hopelessly seized. I was able to get back on the road again, even while the store was quite busy, thanks to her determination to fix me up. And the prices for parts and labour were downright cheap! Thank you so much, you're a gem!

My partner's bike rack broke while we were on the G2G trail. When we reached Goderich we stopped at this store without much hope, but the sales people were on it right away and found multiple solutions on how to fix the issue. Best bike store ever.

My mom and I were on a bike trip when something fell off her bike… we picked up the pieces but couldn’t figure out where they came from. We brought it all to this place and Jaime persevered to figure out how to fix it. Took almost a half hour and fixed it and didn’t charge. Or want money for it. Wow. So nice!!

Wow, what a great experience! My husband and I bought two Stinson hybrid bikes from 360…the owner, Denata, was amazing! Her knowledge and friendliness was exceptional. And since she knew we were buying them as our Christmas present to each other, she delivered them with a big red bow on them. Thank you for everything!!
