I went there on Saturday to do a price adjustment and the manager there was rude and unprofessional, he needs some training on how to deal with customers.

I went to this store, customer service is top notch, I met a sales named Abby and a couple of her teammates who were very welcoming , abby was such a sweet and kind person, I needed a pair of shoes but because of her I bought 2 because of how she welcomed and treated me, she even assisted me in fitting me and my daughter’s shoes while I was struggling, my daughter felt so comfortable and excited. I will definitely be back again because of her and I hope to meet her again.

unhelpful staff....not offered any help from anyone and when asked questions, the lady wanted to not answer and was barely doing her job....this level of customer service should not exist

Went to do an exchange, the casher returned my items when I specifically told him that I am exchanging these two item for the pair of boots I took up to the counter. When I asked cancel the return. He look at he and said no. I asked why would you returned my items when I specifically asked to have it exchange. He had no explanations. He was unprofessional and with a disgusting attitude. Then accused me of swearing at him. He just blatantly stood there telling another lie.
