So today I visited Boss outlet mall store number 2843,I was helped by Ravneet (54960)for all my purchase, even though I was in a rush to pick my children ,she was super super fast to get the products the size I need….and lastly she matched by jacket with a nice cap.Know that’s a sales person all store need…!Keep up the great work Ravneet.

Came here with my mother to buy a shirt for my father and the experience was very good the salesman helped us find the proper size for our shirt and gave us advice along the way. We made the poor guy pull out like 5 shirts but he didn’t have any issues and said it was fine which I really respect.

It was amazing the young lady that was helping us was uswah she was awesome omg she went out of her way to find stuff She even offered me her glasses because I forgot mine in the car. Nice store nice and clean keep up the good work. You should be manager. Uswah

The staff is amazing. Kal was there and helped me to pick my new pair of shoes. Although the store was a bit crowded, he made sure that I took my time without any rush. Thank you Kal for a great experience

I would like to thank Kevin a lot. He is so professional and helpful. I approached him and explained what exactly I wanted. He understood what exactly I was looking for and he was so helpful and patient with me. It took sometime to find my size but he was so patient and kept on showing me different options.

Great selection of suits, coats, etc. Staff are helpful and friendly but not in your face all the time like some other retailers. Kudos to Mark, Zubair and the team. Over a dozen items purchased on this visit alone. Nothing beats Boxing Day Week Sales!

Great location! I highly recommend this store for anyone shopping for formal professional clothing. I visited their HUGO outlet and was welcomed by their great staff especially Angela. She’s very sweet and answered all my questions. She was patient and helped me out with different apparel. 5 STARS!!!!

Generally speaking the prices are not as good as the US outlets.Troublesome is their practice of overriding promotional door crasher / kill" prices and charging higher prices than those in their POS system. While the practice is probably legal I have never seen anyone else do it and it is a violation of many stores code of conduct."
