Please don't bring your loved ones here. Save your money, stress and heartache. Go somewhere else.That's what we did, we cut our losses and went somewhere else when we noticed we were getting nowhere.What took them over 2 weeks and would've taken even longer, took a day somewhere else and the other place did so much more.I will give one positive: the receptionist was nice.Everything else was horrible :-They called the wrong person, 5 minutes before closing, to say our pet would stay the night (for no reason, and I'm not just saying that). By the time we called back to get details, they were already closed, so we had no say in it. We spent the night worrying with no details. They also called this person every other time, even if we told them each time it was the wrong number.-It took 2 weeks to get preliminary tests results.-I'm not sure what words to use to describe calling a vet clinic and being told that the last time they saw our pet was 3 years ago, when he had definitely been there since and even more so, had spent the night a week before the call.-We could hear the tech shouting angrily at the animals in the back.-The vet made sexists jokes about the person they called, a woman, who had been emotional. Hahaha. A dying pet and an emotional woman, comedy classic.-They did not have the equipment needed and did not let us know until way too late.-They did not treat our animal with respect in multiple aspects.-They hid prices.And on top of all, they did a bad job. I'm torn between them having not done some of the things they said they did or them being simply incompetent. Both options are bad.EDIT: To answer the response:You clearly don't know which case I'm talking about.You have everything wrong, starting with the first sentences of your answer: we didn't come in December 2022 and I talked to the vet in person. You are thinking of someone else, which is ironic when your response starts by stating you remember the case very well.As for calling my review unfounded and gratuitous, everything in my message is the truth and is relevant. Respect wise, maybe the people in question had bad days and don't make a habit of acting that way. But whatever the reason for it, it all happened.Thank you for your aggressive, unprofessional, and incorrect response which proves my point.

Took a appointment to sterilize my dog (6 months) the day of the procedure they told me some tools were not working , called back a few time got an appointement when she was 9 months ( when i got there they told me they could not do it) could have told me by the off there was a chance it was not possible

The vet is has a lot of experience and is very friendly, prices are reasonable. My dog is almost 16 years old, that is where he received is first baby shots, and that’s where is is still the best treated.

I asked several times how much it would cost me for my puppies 2nd vaccine and they said 100$ with taxes. I told them i was doing my budget and i really needed to know how much it would cost me before i walked in for her appointment. Once i had to pay she said that will be 160$ ??? I was like what that's not what u said she said oh we gave her the vaccine for rage its the law? .. i didnt appreciate that i asked her 2 times how much it would cost me and i end up with a surprise. Every time i go here it always costs way more then what u think you'll be paying. I dont feel like i can trust them. Also id like to know what vaccine my dog will have before doing it... Very not professional

If I could put zero stars, I would.What a terrible clinic!!! Zero professionalism and pure ripoff! I finally closed my file with them and took my cat to a different clinic today, to find out that the microship I paid for was non-exitent (did a thorough scan all around the body and NOTHING). PLUS, all the vaccines that were given were basically a waste of money as I was told they weren’t the full or right vaccines usually needed for cats. I would never trust my pet with them again and neither should you. RUN AWAY

It's OK for small interventions but if you want quality there are better places. My favorite is CDN Vet.

Our Nala has been and continues to be in good hands at this clinic.

Able to get an appointment fairly quick. Although. No ac present in building, examination tables were not sterile. Not told there was a cost to ear cleaning. It's OK

Just called to try schedule an appointment for my dog bc she has a broken teeth, but the person who picked up the phone in this place refused to speak in English with me. Well, I’m sorry that not everyone who lives in Montreal speaks fluent French, but not being able to schedule an appointment because of the language is ridiculous.
