Its good mantance bulding. Good customer service . convince location close to major highways .Regular rent prices .But its so old bulding.

-Literally everyday there’s police , ambulance and fire departments because of shooting, major problems between tenants, laundry room caught fire etc.-All the time there’s always noises of kids playing, garbage cleaning, construction etc.-Bugs are everywhere in the apartment no matter how many times you clean it.And many more I’ve moved here not even 4 months ago yet and my experience about the place is 0 I hate it am already looking to move

Tired of this apartment already. Too overpriced for rent and parking considering living room comes with no living room light. There are cockroaches all over the floor you live on and the unit that was “freshly renovated” for us has roaches, plus ground areas, basement etc has roaches. Summer time is a sauna in units because no AC so get ready to spend $500+ on an AC unit. My balcony is full of cigarettes from person above and i’m pregnant with first child. I can’t see myself raising a baby in the apartment at all. Laundry? don’t get me started. How is a building charging CONDO prices for a building that runs as if it’s government housing????

Tired of this apartment.Firstly its the rent thats too high for a small apartment and no shelves and hardly any storage. Secondly its the maintenance. There's a water shut off every now and then, sometimes twice within 3-4 weeks which is SOOO annoying since I work from home. My bug screen for the balcony door came off last year cause of the storm, since then I have called them numerous times, filled out multiple forms on the website to get it repaired but nothing. They dont come to repair anything unless its super emergency water/heat related. The apartment doesnt have AC either so you HAVE to keep balcony doors open for ventilation, we spent the entire last summer with bugs inside the apartment cause of this.

I have had an amazing experience to work with Raghu twice. He clearly made extra effort to capture our lifetime memories with maternity shoot as well with baby shoot. With a one month old infant, his patience and skill combined with perfectly timed captures gave us wonderful photographs to be framed. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a photographer with flexibility and skill.

This is a amazing place to live I have been living here for 11 years and it's a great place very close to a public and Catholic school there's also a park here gym and pool and as the time of writing we are all get new balconies.

Apartment is a good size but that is the only good thing about this building. People are loud in the halls, yelling and stomping, which can all be heard in the unit. We have seen cockroaches in our unit even though we clean every week because we knew going in it may be a problem, it is unavoidable. The laundry room always has water pooled on the floor and all machines are in use unless it's late at night. The elevators are so slow and management is constantly shutting off the water for maintenance with very little notice. Do yourself a favor a rent somewhere else and from a different property management company.

The worst place I ever lived! Poor management, almost 0 security cause we lost our car here, tenants don’t give a S about garbages you often smile it etc

Nice building in a great area with amenities nearby such as a shopping plaza: No Frills, Convenience Store, Video Stire Dentist, Sports Bar with a psyoo and 19 big screen TV. Neighborhood is beautiful and as always here in Mississauga there is plenty of beautiful landscaping. Bus stops nearby, access to nearby highways and close to Dundas, Cawthra and TomkenRoads.

Don't rent here.this building very dirty, there are cockroaches everywhere .
