Super tenants are super nice, I will miss them.But the employees in the office are very rude.If you want a case:I was told it would take 2 weeks after request to get rent receipt. So I went in 3 weeks later after not receiving my receipt in mail.In the office, the employee at the office questioned me again if I filled up the request form, after I told her yes.Then, she started to blame me for not following up （“yeah, it's your fault”）however, she never apologized for their mistakes in work.Later, when I asked for a pen to fill up a new form, she dropped the phone on the desk in front of me!! Cant believe it. And when I returned the pen, and said thank you"

The Main Entrance/Lobby are pretty old, definitely it's time for some serious Reno. The elevators as well need upgrade. The apartments are pretty decent.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! We were literally about to deposit and not an hour before do they decide to call me and say someone else had the room completely unprofessional

Small apartments but you can tell they are well maintained. Hallways are clean. Lobby is clean. Easy walk to Preston street and a ton of restaurants and bars

Reasonable rent, good location, but old building. Sometimes employees in the office can be rude and unhelpful, depends on the person.

The building is definitively dated but they are trying to modernized it but only at the shared/common area and some outside windows. Inside the apartment is dated and untouched. The turnaround time on a facility request is quick. The rooms are decently sized and the rent is fair. Location is key as it's walk-able to Bank, Preston, and Somerset.Edit 1: Con: Visitors parking during the day is paid nowEdit 2: Con: Inconsistent reno from apartment to apartment. Just look at the door frames on the balconies outside

Nice super, nice cleaning Staff. Had a miscommunication with the property manager and they were patient and sorted it out. Overall good management.

I lived here for a little more than a year on the 9th floor.The super is friendly and efficient, any problems I had were solved the same day or next morning. The office staff are also friendly, so they must be different people from the older reviews on here.The apartment can get quite warm in the summer if you don't have AC, but it doesn't get too cold in the winter. Good water pressure. They installed new sliding doors and windows earlier this year. Fresh paint between new tenants and floor wax if it is required.A decent location, bike room is separate from the garage with key access, no bikes were stolen while I lived here. The rent is a bit high for what you get but it is to be expected with how Ottawa's rent market is going and the proximity to downtown.

I lived here for a few years. The superintendent is really nice. The building has very slow elevators, the units haven't been updated since the building's construciton in the 1960s, the units get very hot in summer and cold in winter. Smoking allowed, poor ventilation.

It's a very nice environment to live. the tenants and the caretakers are very nice. very clean and nicely maintained. the emergency team is very responsive and nice in the middle of the night too. All th facilities are very close OC, banks, hospital, gas, MCD and dows lake is walking distance.
