Excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly employees that took the time to help me find the perfect gift. Also, while we were there they gave me the idea to transform an old piece of jewelry I had into something more trendy. Within a week they reused my sentimental diamonds to make a beautiful pendant. They are very talented specially when it comes to custom designs. I normally don’t give reviews but they deserve acknowledgement.

Very professional and personable staff. Brought in a ring that was passed down they cleaned it up and increased the size. Fit perfectly and could not be any happier with the service. Even bought my daughter a pair of earnings while i was in the store as it was such a great experience and prices are good. You get what you pay for. Definitely will be going back.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Have been buying jewellery here for years. My father in law passed in May. He had a ring our son asked for, it needed some tlc. After a new Smokey quartz, and bevel we picked it up and it was as beautiful as it was when first purchased.Decided to make a replica for my husband for our 30th anniversary using his original wedding ring gold/diamonds, and gold from various loved ones. I almost cried when I picked it up. I wasn’t able to wait until our Anniversary, I was so excited. My husband cried when I presented him with this very sentimental gift. My other son is now having a replica made and our third wants one too. Just wonderful service, and absolutely beautiful work!! We love Phonenix!!!

What great service! We brought my 85 year old mom to choose a pair of earrings for her birthday and because they offered curbside shopping, they brought the selection to the car! Beautiful earrings! So happy.
