I have dealt with ideal for over a decade they are always fair and honest after near 3 decades in the tire recycling industry I can attest these qualities are not typical is a good company to build a relationship I have an added level of respect for upper management as they work alongside with the people on the floor and are not afraid to get their hands dirty as well
