I started getting lashes done about a year ago now, started with hybrid and worked my way up to mega volume, definitely not disappointed in my lashes ever. I have good retention mostly always, but when I don’t Matilda goes out of her way to get me in for a fill in between bookings! I love coming here for facials and skin care as well, never disappointed:) highly recommended

I didn't want to post this but I am absolutely shocked by the experience I had here. Not only did my lashes get over processed. During my lash lift and tint; But my Mom's did as well. A nice enjoyable time with my Mom turned awful so fast. She did not handle the situation professionally at all. She actually googled and youtube videos while panicking. Putting us in a panic. I have had my lashes done before and NEVER had this experience. She also tried gossiping about other clients. Making jokes about them. Talking about other lash techs the whole time with us. Asking us if we knew of them and would tell us rumors. Saying she takes their clients etc When she realized she messed mine AND my Mom's lashes up she said how she was going to call those exact local lash tech and ask for advice.She also tried to blame it on me until she finished my Mom and realized it happened to the both of us.We never got a phone call or text last night or even today asking us how we are. Which by the way our eyes are watering constantly and swollen sore. Heavy and the lashes are overly curled and breaking. Thanks so much. 3 days before my cousins wedding to. Please be careful booking here ladies. Oh and on top of that she told me I was to young to have 3 kids. & tried telling me all the flaws with my skin. Saying I am aging to fast for my age. I am absolutely disgusted. I am going with my gut and making this post for others to be aware. 5 stars is misleading. I feel like if there was less chatting about her own life and gossiping about others she would be able to time things better.I will also say I was 2 minutes late coming from out of town with my Mom and she texted me saying my appointment has started already. She was very cold and short with us when we arrived and I had already told my Mom I had a bad feeling. She made a comment to my Mom during her session about how she hates when people don't arrive right on time using another client as an example but we both know it was directed towards us. Extremely unprofessional. Not worth the experience.She also puts down anti vaxxers. And made comments about people's skin colors saying My black clients" saying she never knows what to call them because she can't tell where they are from. What kind of comment is that even. I feel sick about other little details with mine and my Mom's experience but I will leave it with this as I feel these are the most important details.Adding because I am just seeing comments back.Her plan before even hearing back from anyone

You will not be disappointed! Always experienced Excellent customer service, Matilda is highly trained and skilled for quality lash extension. I’ve never had any natural lash damage from the extensions, and have made the mistake of trying other places for lash extensions. Flutterbug has been great for my daily skincare routine when I remember! Matilda always recommends the best facials and products to leave my face feeling youthful and vibrant.A+++++Keep up the great work!

What a great experience! I got a Hrydafacial and it was absolutely fantastic! Matilda was very welcoming and had lots of information to give on each step and specifics on each product she uses and why she is using it for you specifically!
