Such a big variety very nice store, but most of all the Customer Service was excellent. I want to thank Ben for helping us and making us feel like a customer should. Every question we asked he was there to answer and help us . He’s people skills are amazing it is one of those experiences that you say to yourself wowww we still have people that really care for what they do.Very happy customer . My husband and I thank you for all your assistance Ben.

Customer service at this location is very poor. We went into the store 15-20 minutes before closing time. We had a pair of shoes in mind we wanted to purchase but we were trying out couple similar options available. They do not really help you in finding your sizes plus behave very rude towards their customers. The store is not organized well. One lady who was extremely rude had short height, curly hairs, chubby with a fake smile.Please give some training to your staff regarding customer skills as they do not have manners at all. Kind request to train your staff as it just ruins your experience at SKETCHERS Canada.

We have always had a great experience at this store. They are helpful and kind. My wife had an issue with one of her shoes and they replaced it without any questions. ANDRES took care of us really well, he is awesome

Went in never having been to sketchers or owning a pair of their shoes. Store has great variety and fair prices. Had exceptional service, as someone with autism, I require some extra attention and help and Jordan went above and beyond. Helped me find what I was looking for and within my budget and stayed with me the whole time to answer any questions that might arise. He was even kind enough to give me his employee discount. Employee of the year in my opinion and will be back for sure!

We found there was a big choice of running shoes. What stood out was the excellence service from your salesperson Bavneet. She directed us to the specific area that we needed. When we could not find the exact model and size she was able to. As well, she is very personable which made it a pleasant shopping experience.
