I visit this location 1-2 times per week. I usually go through the drive thru in the mornings and I always have pleasant interactions. There are 2 ladies and one man that are usually there and they are always kind! They seem to work as a team and are fast at getting my order. In my opinion this location has the best customer service. To the drive thru employees, thank you for your consistent kindness and great customer service!

If I get a chance I would go for zero stars. The lady who served us over the window wasvery rude. At the window, I asked her to wait for a minute as I have a coupon to use. She rolled her eyes and said ‘Oh my goodness’. Even at that minute my brother and I felt so weird that I decided not to use one and pay for it.For the food we ordered, everything was good. But what happened earlier, made me sad.

Terrible drive in service ordered breakfast sandwich, bagel, xlarge coffee, xlarge tea. Got to the window was handed my food and tea (which was marked as tea) and a second unmarked cup. I asked multiple times what this was as I wanted to be sure it was coffee(they did that to me on another time giving me tea instead of coffee) finally the girl told well the order was other one was marked tea so this one has to be coffee". wouldn't talk to me after that. I stopped went in to get it changed

Fast drive through and that’s only because your order is rushed. Got a breakfast sandwich and coffee this morning. Asked for it fresh, came otherwise. Coffee was flavourless. Fast food or not people pay for this.

Ordered some ice caps today and they tasted like the orange ginger drink. Cross contamination?Disgusting! The donuts and Timbits were fine.Drive thru line up was insane. I saw another customer already irate a couple cars ahead. The car in front of me also spent a lot of time at the window, and it seemed like the staff were quite confused or new trainees. Seemed like a really tough afternoon.Along with the high school traffic here daily… I will be avoiding this location from now on.

Pros: one of the fastest timmies drive throughs I’ve ever been to.Cons: 1/2 of the times coffee is burnt, they forget to put something in the bag, the order is just wrong, or they don’t have things in stock. I’ve started driving to another one up the road
