My training session with Matthew could not have gone better. He is very knowledgeable and has pushed me harder then I have ever pushed myself. As a trainer he has made me feel comfortable with working out and has done so in the utmost professional manner. When I got serious about wanting to change my fitness goals back in 2014, I decided to contact Paul and get some much needed help with athletic training.Paul’s attention to detail in creating a customized training plan was something I appreciated right off the bat. Being new to weightlifting, everything felt very foreign. Having Paul as my personal trainer took all the frustration out of where to start and what to do. It allowed me to solely focus on coming to the gym and getting my workout in. Any questions related to training and dieting were answered with an explanation that was easy to understand and implement.Paul’s passion for what he’s does and loves when it comes to a healthy athletic lifestyle is something that carried over into my everyday routine. He makes it very easy to come and workout, because he understands that not everyone is the same. He is great with working with all different types of people, and this skill alone is why I highly recommend to anyone who is on the fence about hiring a personal trainer, to try a training session with him.It doesn’t matter if you play sports or not. Maybe you are a basketball player or a soccer player. Maybe you are just as foreign to athletic and weightlifting training like I was so long ago.The bottom line is, if you are yearning for a 1 on 1 specific training plan to help you get stronger, faster and leaner for sports, or just help with some self confidence in your everyday life, Paul is your guy. Been training with Danica for the last 3 months, she’s the perfect help I needed when I decided to get back into exercise regularly. She motivates me, pushes me in her cheerful way and she monitors my movements carefully and would adjust accordingly. She also mixes things up between each work out so it’s never dull. The warmups were dynamic and effective too! I learned how to lift properly and I feel stronger than ever!

Having Paul as a trainer is great, it is incredibly motivating to have someone pushing you to do better!I come to each session excited and with a positive mindset. Sessions seem to go by so quickly, and I always have so much energy after.The difficulty of the exercises increase at the perfect rate and my favourite part is finishing off the workout by going on the stair master, which is super fun!
