Outstanding work I had done. The workers I was working with took the time to explain everything they would be doing . Excellent workmanship. Everytime I went to see hiw things were advancing they took the time to explain again and always gave me times lines which they exceeded.If you need any type of restoration work done. SAVE YOUR TIME AND CALL BELFORyou will not be sorry.

Greg and Owen did outstanding job in my porch from water damage from open roof. Removed all wet insulation and taped roof. Also did a Jim dandy job putting everything back together. Highly recommend

We were awakened one morning with ankle deep water covering our entire basement. Belfor was sent to our home by our insurance company. We had never been through this type of sewer backup disaster before but we were ever grateful for all the staff at Belfor who jumped in and helped clear our basement of all the damage and put it back together again.This was quite a stressful time for our family but Belfor did their best to make this experience easier to handle.We had several staff in our home during the process. Darren Bell and his clean up team Olivia, Mike, Mackenzie, Patrick and Terri worked hard removing all the damaged items. It was hard seeing so much of our belongings and flooring being removed.Once this was done and the basement dried, we were encouraged by the hard work of Richard Ferris team as they put things back together. The exceptional work from Edith, Greg and Alan repaired walls, a closet, and painted to finish everything off.We hope we never have an experience like this but are ever grateful for all the hard work and dedication of all the Belfor staff for everything they did.Andy and Julie Boogaart

Belfor was here to remove water damaged items in my basement workshop area, and to dry it out.They were very pleasant to work .Jeff, the general manager., and his crew were easy to deal with, considering that they were in Winchester On , but whose home base was Chatham On.Olivia, Mike, Patrick and John worked in a very considerate and caring manner.The work is not yet complete, as there are still fans etc drying things out.Reconstruction of the walls etc has not yet begun.The employees Olivia, Mike, Patrick and John are to be commended on their conduct with me the client.

I had contacted them to clean out an attic of my parents home & dispose of everything. Darren came immediately to give an estimate & I required it done immediately as I was from out of town. The job was scheduled for two days later. Mike & Owen showed up on time & ready to get to work. This attic was very dusty & tightly packed. It was especially a cramped space that would be hard on any persons back. As well there were steep stairs to carry things down to the outside. The key is to leave them alone to do their job. I was extremely impressed with the superb job & clean up after themselves. I would recommend Mike & Owen again.

I woke up to a water pipe bursting on Christmas morning. I called Belfor, who took action immediately and came the same day! They removed and assessed all the damages and got their fans and dehumidifiers in to dry the mess up as quick as possible.Brendan was my project manager, he was extremely helpful, from the 1st call right down too dealing with insurance. If I had a question he was there to help me through the process.Owen and Patrick were the ones who came and did the work, they were super professional, polite and got the job done! I hope I never have to do this again, but if I ever did, I wouldn’t hesitate on calling them back. I would recommend for sure!

After talking to insurance rep. within an hour AL from Windsor Belfor was here to access the damage and said he would send people to rip some flooring and dry the wet areas. He explained the steps that they would follow and was very informative and proffessional. Then the following day 2 employees from Belfor Chatham came Mike and Owen and did exactly what AL told us they would do. They were very professional, friendly, and communicated with each other very effectively to get the job done. They sure new what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends if ever they needed any of their services.

We had extensive water damage done to our basement. Patrick,Jeff Mike Greg and Olivia showed up from Belfor and started to do the clean up. I could believe how kind and considerate they all were to our situation. They answered all of our questions no matter how trivial they might have been. I would highly recommend Belfor to anyone who is in our situation.
