I represent a BC strata corporation that had to undertake a large, multi-year capital project to replace an aging marina structure. The project is now nearing completion and I am able to reflect on what made the project successful. I had the good fortune to engage the team at Waters Edge Engineering in the early stages of the project and I truly believe that the project would not have gone smoothly without their expert assistance.The team at Waters Edge has been responsive to my needs throughout this project. I think this was critical for a project that moved forward at a snails pace while waiting for all of the requisite approvals from all three levels of government. It's important to have a knowledable team of experts with you though the entire project and Waters Edge was certainly there when needed.In terms of budget, Waters Edge always set and communicated a budget along with each scope of work that needed to be completed. This was communicated in advance and the budget was never exceeded. In fact, the Waters Edge team went out of its way to seek the most cost effective means to complete the required work.Communication has been excellent throughout the project. The Waters Edge team has always been available and responsive to both email and telephone requests.In summary, the overall experience with the Waters Edge team has been rewarding and I would highly recommend their services.
