Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel

The only good things about this hotel" is the fact it's 15 mins to the airport

We had a good stay here, Everything was good but for what we paid we expected more. Staff was great and we loved how they helped us with the shuttle service right away and the shuttle was very nice to have.Pros:Beds were fantastic and softThe rooms were nice and cozyThe shuttleVery quite roomsThey supplied plenty of soap and body wash, actually enough for more then 1 personCons:The towels are pretty cheap, with how expensive it was I’d expect the towels to be high quality like the bedsThe bathtub was very slippery and had no handle bars

The room was clean and well-appointed, and any requests I had, such as extra towels were promptly fulfilled. Ansh was always cheerful and attentive, and her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home.White spot restaurant on sight is added benefit. Service at restaurant was also good. Cheers

Staff was very accommodating to our group that got caught up in the WestJet flight cancellations on Thursday May 18 2023. We were supposed to fly back to Toronto on this day, but got stranded" in Vancouver until the next day

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I booked this hotel online and paid in full before my arrival. I was only needing to stay for a few hours before my flight the next morning. When I arrived, I was asked a credit card, which I explained was stolen and that I did not have one. I offered a cash deposit, even offered triple what they would have held on my credit card. The front desk clerk refused, told me it wasn't his problem, and that I could not stay. This was at 2am I might add. After crying and pleading with him to help me, he once again said not my problem". We only were staying here for 1 night before our flight the next day. I got a message prior to check-in with directions to their parking lot which was very helpful. The check-in process was smooth. Once we got to the room, it was disappointing. We were facing the on-ramp to the airport, so lots of noisy traffic could be heard all night. The beds were comfy but there was no fridge in the room. The bathroom was outdated and the lighting in the room was not good at all. Some of the outlets didn't work. Thankfully we were only there to sleep and not staying much longer. Convenient location to the airport, 10/10. I reserved the hotel and selected 'pay at property' via Expedia. Currently I have a charge pending on my credit card that was more than the amount that I reserved, almost $100 more. Hopefully this was a security deposit or something and this charge gets rectified. They said they'd email me my invoice for the stay but I haven't received it yet. Hopefully I won't have to contact them about the price increase. Also I'd say this hotel is way too overpriced for what you get!

Loved every bit of my stay here. I visited the country for a conference in August 2022 and I chose this accommodation as it was not only close to the airport but it was convenient and affordable too. The restaurant inside serves really nice food and it’s a very nice touch to the place. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. If you are wanting connection transportation to the city, bus stop is directly across the road. Return transportation via bus will stop right outside the hotel. Thank you BW Plus for a great stay. Will visit again soon.

Smooth check in and staffs are great and friendly. Shuttle service was awesome. Room was clean and tidy. We had a good night stay here…

The front desk manager Jasmeen was such a delight during our stay, she was quick to offer us coffee and hot chocolate while we waited and very kind. Our room was very clean and well kept. The only downside is the location.
