I have my child enrolled in Wee Watch for about a year now and I couldn’t be happier. My provider, Ana, does an amazing job in keeping my child engaged with many actives and crafts.

Wee watch has been amazing to us. My son loves his provider. They made sure our kids are in a safe environment during covid19. Would recommend it to everyone.

As a first time mom looking for childcare for my daughter was overwhelming, the thought of a stranger taking care of our little girl was unsettling. Working with Wee Watch was a fabulous experience, they set us up with multiple interviews so that we could go in and meet different Providers and see the space our child would be spending most of her days. Nicole and Shannan at the Markham Wee Watch office were always quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns and ultimately helped us find the BEST match for our family.When it came time to return to work, we were in the midst of a Pandemic which I was then even more anxious about sending my daughter to daycare, but Wee Watch reassured me that together, Wee Watch Home Office, the Markham Wee Watch office and Providers were taking all the right steps to ensure everyone’s safety. Wee Watch had implemented enhanced healthy & safety protocols including increased cleaning/sanitizing of toys and surfaces, PPE is worn by Providers, daily screening of Providers and their family as well as parents and children coming into care are completed and even adjustments made to their programming. As the Pandemic changed, Wee Watch continued to keep parents informed and continued to make changes to policies and procedures.My daughter adjusted within a week and loves going to our Provider Ana’s home everyday, she is excited in the mornings when we tell her she is going to Ana’s and going to see her friends. Ana is an outstanding Wee Watch Provider and we couldn’t imagine our daughter being anywhere else. She is always doing so many great activities with the kids, prepares nutritious meals and snacks each day, has a terrific play space for the kids and always keeps communication open whether it is a text, conversations at pick up or drop off or the daily “My Day” reports that come home each night. We have been with Wee Watch for 7 months now and we love it and love Ana, and most importantly our daughter loves Ana. Thank you Wee Watch for helping us navigate this new and difficult process, you helped ease our worries and made it a smooth transition for all of us.

We started early looking for our second home for our daughter. I wanted to start and give her time to adjust before I had to go back to work. We checked several child care settings, private, Montessori, etc. A friend recommended to try wee watch in our search.We called wee watch and explained what we were looking for, but due to my daughter having transient neutropenia we needed a little more attention to environment and care for her health . They sent us to a few providers to meet and determine the best match. The office experience was quick and they were attentive.We visited 3 wee watch providers, and the moment we met Ana we knew our search was over. Ana goes above and beyond anything we could have imagined for our child’s care. Our daughter was delayed in her walking, Ana and her family encouraged her every day. She took her first steps at Ana’s house and while most parents would be sad to have missed it, we couldn’t have been happier. Ana incorporates all cultures in her programming. She takes the time to include the kids interests in their birthday parties and holiday parties. I am so grateful to have found such a great provider and grateful every day Reese is in Ana’s care. The other parents also have become another family, the children are great friends.We often look back at how many places we visited before finding Wee Watch and Ana. So if you are on the search for a perfect place, give them a call. If Ana has a spot definitely ask for her!

We have used Wee Watch for the past three years for our two kids and have been very pleased with the care provided. The home daycare providers who have cared for our children have been kind, knowledgeable and experienced with caring for kids. They prepare nutritious meals, stimulate their minds with activities, toys, books and crafts and take them outside regularly as per ministry guidelines. I like that there is oversight by Wee Watch ECEs who do regular home visits to check in on the kids’ development and provide suggestions and activity books for providers to use. I highly recommend Wee Watch for families looking for home-based daycare for their children. It is an especially nice option during the pandemic as exposures are minimized due to small group sizes, and providers implement safety precautions.
