Dishonest company. Will not stand behind mislabeled product -- Amy in Consumer Relations said it was my fault." It was my fault that cheese labeled as Swiss Cheese in 18 point font was not swiss cheese at all -- it was American processed cheese. That is unethical. If you are going to lie on the label

My sister and I purchased 5 packages of Cracker Barrel slice cheese each on sale at Walmart in March 2023. The best before date on all ten packages was May 23rd - July 28th. Five each was the maximum at Walmart. The cheese turned green a week later. I emailed the company with pictures of the cheese in the packages. I received an email on March 29th with case number 568534 and a telephone number. I called today April 5th. The representative Anaka couldn’t do anything. I never had a problem when the cheese was owned by Kraft. I will never buy Cracker Barrel cheese or any other product from Lactalis Canada.
