I bought some things here for Christmas gifts and asked the employee if these items were returnable as they are for my teen and who knows what they like. I was assured that all items I purchased were returnable. When i went to return an item after Christmas I was told that the item I was returning was a final sale and was not returnable. I told the employee what I was told before I bought it and she went to get the manager, I was refunded only half price. Not very happy and the customer service was very bad. Will not be shopping at this store again.

Extremely disappointed with the service here when returning a pair of shoes i bought only days earlier. The associate as well as the manager were rude and degrading during the return procedure and even when buying the shoes, was not satisfied with the customer service. Will NOT be returning here.

Great customer service, the employees are always very hospitable. I can always find something I want and also everybody in there was really nice. The people working there really did care about my shopping experience and I felt great on there. 10/10

Poor customer service, staff are just standing around. Seems to be an inconvenience for them to help.I will spend my money somewhere else.
