I came in on a time crunch to find new shoes (15-20 mins) and Kenzie was SO helpful! She ran to grab me three different sizes and educating me on how the shoe should fit/break in. It was my first time in the store and she was such a great first impression!

Bought a pair of shoes here. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. All around one of the best customer service experiences ive had. Alvin helped me and I cant say enough good things about it. 5 stars

The store manger was very rude with zero customer service and appreciation. I was very disappointed.

First time here. Useless unhelpful staff. They let me buy over $200 shoes that I thought were too small (if I say something is off you take them back or tell me you won't process the transaction not tell me its whatever I want and let me buy anyway! Especially when its very expensive shoes!)When one girl offered to help me lace the shoes I accepted. She just stood far away and complained about me doing it wrong. That's not helpful! Don't offer if you won't help me!They then tried to sell me various care product instead of just one I'd need right away that I could afford. They told me I can get my correct size in by ordering but then told me otherwise when I checked back hours later. So I returned and bought elsewhere.Return was terrible, I told the girl I wanted to return both and she asked me if I wanted to keep the shoes and return any care products instead. WHAT DID I JUST SAY?! I WANT TO RETURN BOTH! DO YOUR JOB GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!I will not make future purchases here!

Great services. Specifically this girl Aurora, that girl got some pep in her step! 5 star shopping experience.

Very poor customer service, we bought a pair of Timberland shoes this March, until this month my husband began to wear and the edge was broken after 2 weeks. They promised one year warranty, but they excused there was no receipt and refused to offer any support. The worst shop ever met. They just want to sell shoes and earn money, no services at all.

Don't ever go there. I went there and the staff told me that they close by 9pm yet it says on their website 9:30, He even tried to convince me that he's supposed to be closed because of holiday hours but it's 29th of January. I could understand if he told me that buying online and coming to pick it up in store wasn't possible but instead the guy went on and lied. Please avoid this place at all cost. They act like they care but they don't. Just avoid it !

When i walked in, 3 employees were standing behind the counter having a conversation with each other and completely ignored me even when i made eye contact with a shoe in my hand waiting to buy it. Then a nice girl who seemed to be the only one actually working there came out from the back and helped me personally for the entire time i was there. I think her name was Jen or Genevieve. The customer service was horrible except for this one girl who did an amazing job. If i was her i'd be angry that i was the only one actually working! I would not reccomend going unless that one lovely young girl was working.

Love....love....love this shoe store!! Every employee is fabulous, helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend to everyone!
