Ben did the power washing of the flagstone patio and transformed it from blackened old state to its original multicoloured bright stone. Would recommend for his work ethic, attitude and professionalism.

We are extremely happy with the professional job this company did on our deck. They took the time to power wash sand and then stain. Looks like a new deck. It was during the heat wave but it didn't stop them. Would recommend with 5 stars.

Superior work cleaning my deck, siding and dirty and tired concrete driveway ( 30 + year old ). Used others but could never get driveway clean. Owner does the work and restored driveway to the way it was when we first moved in, 2001. Amazed me. Siding is spotless, deck not only clean but appears re-vitalized. Ben is very meticulous and personable. Need work, call him . You will not regret it. A+ for service provided.

AMAZING results on our 13 y/o fence. Gray to gorgeous in a day thanks to Ben. He also did our gutters, washed the vinyl siding and soffit & facia. Excellent work, reliable and affordable.

I had Lakeshore Exterior Cleaning come and remove the moss and mildew from the roof of my house and they were amazing. Ben showed up right on time and was extremely kind and knowledgeable about what he was doing. His attention to detail was amazing, my roof has never looked better! The pricing was more than fair as well. I am having them back to pressure wash my house as well. I would recommend their services to everyone!
