Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Do not book any services here, Micaela is the funeral grouch. Uncompromising with floral arrangements from outside, rushed services, just dont.

I dont have any complains about the funeral home. Mostly everyone was professional and accommodating.However, the flowers that were ordered through the funeral home were not the ones we paid for. At the moment of the service, i was consumed with grief and didnt wanted to make a issue. We had ordered 3 pieces and NONE of them were like the pictures from the catalogue and the vase was chipped. Also, the streaming sevices that was recommended by them , which was H&R Video, the videographer showed up 5 mins after the service.

Extremely rude management and staff. I have delivered flowers here alot and i am always met with hostility from the facility. They claim there policies state they are not responsible for flower delivery but wont accept them period. Then i witness the manager yelling at a customer because of the delivery. My flower shop has now black listed this place as a do not deliver because they refuse to accept deliveries. I would NEVER use this place. Stressful enough a loved one has passed but then this unprofessional experience. No thank you.

Micaela is unprofessional and spiteful. When your customers are grieving family members, maybe invest in staff that actually have customer service ability.Whoever owns this establishment, clean house.

I have played the bagpipes many times at Riverside over the years for the passing of members of the India ex-serviceman's club. I have always found the staff to be caring, well organised, kind and courteous.

We provide scattering ashes at sea through White Rock Sea Tours and enjoy an excellent relationship with your organization.

Absolutely Horrible staff. Makayla dealt with my son’s cremation unfortunately, and to this day her words will always haunt me “I will not let you see what he looks like”as all I wanted was to pray over him for a minute! . I also work in this industry and our company would NEVER dream of saying these words to a grieving family. Specially one of a child ! She will forever give me ptsd with these word and it crushes me she gets away with this !!! We put our trust in these people !! Wrong profession Makayla !!

We had asked them to cut the bangles off of my mom's wrists, the person who prepared her body did not. When we went to prepare her body, which in itself was difficult enough, we saw that the flesh on her hands was torn in several spots because the bracelets were forcefully removed. This to me was very disturbing and heartbreaking. This is the last thing a person wants to see during a very difficult time!

I was at a funeral recently and the Riverside funeral home and I was disappointed to see how dirty it was!The fake plants down the hallway had so much dust on them, the sofa's need a real good cleaning.With the COVID 19 it is the responsibility of the funeral home to keep the place clean and sterilized for the safety of the public.

We've had a few funerals here in the past. However, currently we are dealing with a hard situation where we've had to postpone a funeral at Riverside a few times. Justin, one of the Funeral Directors has been so very accommodating and understanding. We as a family cannot thank him enough for all he has done and is currently doing for us, especially dealing with the situation we are in. He's caring, professional and prompt with things we need from the Funeral Home. Everyone else has been amazing too, but Justin has gone above and beyond! Riverside Funeral Home is very lucky to have him as one of their front faces when dealing with emotional families dealing with the loss of loved ones. Thank you Justin.
