Outstanding group of people who care. Everything from the moment you walk in. The clean and organized showroom that is easy to walk through. Prices posted in big easy to find locations on every item. A salesman that is always ready to chat and isn’t to busy to help out. Staff at the desk that welcome you in and help you get the directions needed. All the time smiling and answering phones. The mechanics who are always busy but will take a moment to speak to customers. Knowledgeable but also humble. Then there is Steve, all around good person who is easy to get to know and always concerned you are happy with your visit.By the way, I don’t work at Kawasaki or have any affiliation with either the staff or Kawasaki. I’m just a customer.One last note, they love Tim Hortons donuts and coffee. I know this because I took the time to drop some off in thanks. Thanks again for all your hard work!!

Before covid hit I brought my motorcycle for maintenance and to get new tires and asked for specific OEM tires. They installed a different type of tires and did not advised me. I rode al the way back to YEG and noticed a weird noise, it was the belt drive it was too tight.

I bought my 2010 Ninja 250 here on consignment last year and the staff were amazing. Each time I have returned I've been warmly greeted and they always provide amazing service. The ladies in parts are fantastic! I've never had a negative experience here. Plus I haven't had any problems with my Ninja. I appreciate the great service :)

Good inventory they have everything you will ever need behind the counter or packed into every last available space of storefront. They have excellent service dept and stand by their work, I am confident taking my bike there for repairs and maintenance.

Wow what a rude service call I just had. I would highly recommend getting someone a little more friendly and personable to take your service calls....I work in the customer service industry and would never rush someone off the phone if I am busy. I will continue to buy my parts from the wonderful parts department, but they just lost any future service work from myself.
