Very satisfied customersMy wife and I eat here quite often because we find the food is delicious and the service is pleasant and pretty fast. We invited some of the family to join us and they found the food good as well. The place could use an update but overall not a bad place to eat. The prices on their specials are great and we will continue to come here to eat when we are in Sussex. Dennis & Ellen

Came in from out of town and had the pleasure of being served by Julie. The food was good and filling but the service really blew it out of the park. Julie was friendly, welcoming, and very informative. If this area wasn’t such a far trip would definitely visit to just to have our days/moods turned around with Julie’s service.

Good food at a good price. Kwans's is usually busy and seems especially so with the onset on Covid. You have to call in your order, arrange a pickup time, and they will call you at that time so you can enter the take out only restaurant. The food is quite good with things like the chicken balls being mostly chicken, which seems rare these days. Everything was hot and tasted fresh and flavourful. The portions are huge. A single order will probably feed two people ands should fill the emptiest gut. The service was friendly as well. The only reason why I only gave it 4 stars is that I wish there was more vegetable options. Otherwise it is our go to spot in Sussex.

I absolutely love the food and staff at Kwan's. Prices are excellent. The vegetables are always perfectly cooked, crisp and flavorful. Meats are tender, and moist. Chicken balls, egg rolls etc are always crispy and perfect. My family loves to eat here when we can. You will not be disappointed.

Ordered the dinner for 5 figuring that would be enough with lots of left overs to feed 4 adults and a toddler. Well I was wrong! The only food there was enough of was the chicken balls..and when I messaged them their reply was “maybe next time you should order an extra side so there would be enough for everyone”! Very disappointing

Easily the best Chinese food in New Brunswick. I’ve tried places in Moncton, Saint John, and Fredericton. Nobody can compete.
