I came in here with my friend and we were treated very rudely by Miss Nancy. Some of the employees don't have any manners. I've spent money here before but won't spend again if they can't even talk with politeness.

What an experience, from the moment I first walked into Motos Thibault, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I first scheduled a test ride without ever feeling pressured to buy anything. They were just overall great and service-oriented.Louis Philippe, the Ducati representative, was great overall to deal with, as were several other people in the process. I eventually put a deposit on a new Multistrada in mid-August and wasn't promised any quick delivery (I appreciated the honesty), other than maybe this winter. To my surprise, I got a call in mid-September that my bike had arrived, so now I am the lucky new owner of a fantastic bike which is now my second Ducati in my inventory ;-)

Great buying experience with Louis-Philippe. Fair negotiation, quick paperwork, no pressure on additional things to purchase. Very nice and clean showroom. Could use a bit more variety in the clothing and apparel department (no non-leather riding gloves), and I can't comment yet on the service department, but so far so good.

Dealt with Tristan Aubry, he did a great job on a deal that involved getting the motorcycle across the country before delivery. Highly recommend him and this dealer.
