Capital Home Inspections
Curtis did a great job. He was very thorough and spent the time going over everything with me. He went over and beyond what was required, as he explained features of the house I was not even aware of and demonstrated how to use them. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a house inspection.

Curtis was awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable. He knew all the answers to our questions and pointed out things we had not considered. He caught some things that really could have cost us, the home buyer, as we had not noticed some problems. I’m sure he saved us some headaches and money! Capital Home Inspections
We had Curtis inspect the home we're looking to buy, and given this was our first home buying experience, we're glad we had him. Curtis explained everything in detail and was extremely thorough. On top of the report and photos, he gave us some extra to-dos for each season. He also gave great advice on how to fix some small problems present in the home. If you're looking for a great home inspector, I highly recommend Curtis.
