Been going for my new vehicles for many years. 2 Ram 1500’s, 2 HD trucks and a Jeep. All servicing of the units are done here. I’ve been treated exceptionally well, and I appreciate their service and products. I wouldn’t go anywhere else’s for a RAM Truck. Their Oil Change program is second to none. Brought my van in for a noise that it started making. First I brought it to Grande Prairie Chrysler, they said it was the transmission valve body, gave it back. It still makes the same noise so I went to norlan, they said it was my ac compressor, I get it back; still making the same noise. Now I'm being told it's normal. Very much not a normal sound. I feel pushed around about it. I asked to get the foremans opinion while being physically there, and they said they would however they didn't follow through on that. Will be taking my van elsewhere since I keep paying deductibles for things that aren't the problemEditing to add: they have done all they can, there was a miscommunication issue. Thankfully I went back and got the answers I needed!

Last week, I noticed that I had a rear axle seal leak on my truck. Nor-lab was able to get it in quickly. I knew that I had other concerns so I also ordered their piece of mind inspection. While they were inspecting it, they found other warranty work that needed to be done. I was able to get my truck fixed right away and had access to one of their rental trucks so that I had transportation while they had my truck. This makes all the difference since I live well out of town.I can’t say enough how good they have been to work with over the past several years that they have been servicing my trucks.

When we were looking for a vehicle for me to drive around town we thought of a Jeep. We went to Norland and Andrew was willing and knowledgeable about the wranglers. He walked us through the hoops, credit dept was very helpful and now we own a Jeep! Couldn’t ask for better service or professionalism by all staff.
