Great service like always. Very pleasant shopping experience since the sales person was more than helpful. Sure that we will be back.

Had to return an item that I had previously exchanged. It was exchanged because the product was defective. Ended up having a terrible experience at the Square One location so I decided to return the shoes as it left a bad taste in my mouth.At this location, Cashier took forever to figure out how to do the return then told me I could only get store credit. I spoke to the manager and explained that the first pair I received were defective. I was able to return once this was explained but couldn’t understand why I was given a hard time.

Had a wonderful experience with the girl named Rhea she is super nice and give best costumer service at Erin Mills Town centre location !!

The company is trash. Don’t shop here. They don’t have a customer service hotline.

Reasonable prices and selections. Checkout took a bit long as the staff was in a full blown conversation with the customer Infront of me but overall I had an ok experience.

!!EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Came to this store to return a shoe.Return was rejected by the manager for her following reasons:1) The shoes was not bought at this location so she can’t accept it.2) Because she has a different system among others Spring store.4) Because the receipt was blurry printed.5) Was told to go back to store where I bought it (Square One). But when I returned the item at Square One, no questions asked, no scrutiny of blurry receipt nor difference of system. They were even surprised to hear such policy and attitude at Erin Mills (Thank you Jessica at Square One!)Seriously??!!Drove all the way this store just to be told that NOTHING can be done!She (the manager) did NOT offer other options to make this easier, not helpful at all. BAD experience at this location, I don’t recommend it.

Shopped here on the evening of Aug 25 and had the kindest and most helpful staff helping me. He was wearing all black and should be commended for his enthusiastic and helpful attitude. I purchased a cute pair of black backless loafer style sandals and the gentleman easily upsold me with some shoe padding accessories. I'll be coming back here again and hope to see you again soon. X

Usually I don't like to give bad reviews but this one was a very interesting costumer service that I couldn't help not to share it .I bought a pair of shoes Friday at this location since I work at the same mall on Friday and told the girl who helped me that if are not comfortable or suit my style I might return them tomorrow, she said to me that if in case you'll return them you can leave the box here and I'll give you a bag if you want so i said okay that's helpful since didn't want to carry the box. I went the next day to return them since the style didn't suit me the girl wasn't there but I had the bad luck to get the manager of the store which I really doubt If she really was the manager because the way she was talking to me and her behavior was beyond unpleasant and rude.Told her what happened and the only back words were coming out of her mouth was you don't have the box I can't take them even though I told her that the girl kept the box here she was repeating herself that without box we don't take them even tho the shoes were inside their own bag. She didn't even try to call the girl and ask her if she kept the box she didn't even try to help in some matter at least as a manager and when I asked her name she said I don't have to give you my name ,obviously not because you know you're wrong .I used to love this store and always get stuff from them but with that manager there I won't be surprised if they run out of business .
