I had a great experience availing the services of Sarju Eliyas Law Professional Corporation as my lawyers for a property purchase. Alanna who was my lawyer was just amazing. She was always prompt, handheld me and patiently explained the procedures involved in the purchase of a property. Despite of a big goof-up by my mortgage lending bank she made possible the closing of my property on the agreed date. Amazing Service and very knowledgeable Law Firm. Vinissa from Sarju Eliyas was tremendous in helping us getting setting up a lending contract. She was very patient and was able to explain all aspects of the contract in regular language and made sure we understood what we were agreeing to and the risks involved. The best aspect of the entire transaction was how responsive she was by email or phone. My situation was urgent and she got it done with no reservation and with time to spare. Will definitely be taking my business there in the future.
