Friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. Explaining hearing loss issues and related causes with In depth testing reassures clients of professional results.Haveing loaner hearing aids to try was definetly a plus in helping to decide how much of a benefit hearing aids can be to improve everyday hearing.

My Dad loves his new hearing aids! Thankfully he heard my Mom calling for help when she fell and broke her foot. If he hadn't had hearing aids in, he would have never heard her!

Chelsea was awesome to deal with! I had problems wearing the first set of earplugs as they hurt my ears. Chelsea offered to redo the moulds as soon as I contacted her. I’m so happy she did as the 2nd set seem to be a much better fit! I can wear them all night with no pain at all. Thank you Chelsea!

House of Hearing provided excellent description of the testing process in advance of the hearing test. The testing was thorough, relatively quick with explanation as the test was administered. The results were clearly explained, and I left with a very good understanding of the next steps. Highly recommended!
