Very friendly staff (even the dog)! Dr. Cheong was very thorough, gathered a lot of background history to better facilitate my needs. Was very thoughtful in explaining the step by step procedures. I would recommend this facility to anyone with soft tissue issues.

Johnny was very informative and worked on my shoulder enough that I had some immediate relief. He gave me exercises to do on my own. I feel that he fully understood my problem and he has a treatment plan that will provide solutions. That's exactly what I need from a health practitioner. I would highly recommend him.

As all the other reviews I have to strongly agree about how pleasant and helpful the staff are. It starts with the receptionist Molly. One’s initial first contact is paramount to the success of any business. Molly does just this with ease and great concern for the cliental. She ensured I received a same-day appointment. This was followed up by Jenelle who was kind and understanding of my level of pain. She did an excellent plus quick assessment of my plight. I see both Dr. Brittany and Dr. Johnny, depending on availability, and both shine in their own unique way. As a chiropractic patient for decades, I highly recommend their services for treatments and for regular maintenance regarding a healthy body and spine.

Dr Brittany is amazing professional and knows her stuff! Gentle when she needs to be and not a get it done and throw them out type of person she really cares about her clients and works hard to help them with their issues. I have been going to Johnny for at least 3 maybe 4 years now due to an old workplace injury and recently back injury from a leisure walk at Christmas. From the minute I walk through the doors into the waiting room the girls that work the desk are great to talk with, and I can’t forget to mention seeing Ollie and Porter (dogs) make the welcoming so relaxing and warm.For my shoulder, Johnny recommended I see his friend Jenelle who practices a few treatment options out of the office, one that I chose is IMS dry needling. I was nervous at first, but Jenelle is super careful and great at getting you to calm and loosen up by educating you one everything she will do each poke.As for Johnny, I never did chiro in my life until I lived in Osoyoos and injured my should working. Now I go for my back and just simply to have the relief of cracking and adjusting of my back and hips.All together amazing team and I will continue to promote them to others!!

I first heard of the Sunshine Valley Family Chiropractic practice from a local Osoyoos woman who was herself interested in seeking treatment from her previous car accident injuries. I must admit that upon following up on her lead, I am very happy for the serendipitous opportunity to have met John the co-owner who wisely treated my areas of discomfort. The best part is that since my first visit the pain has greatly decreased. Now with an interactive video exercise program, I can rebuilt and strengthen my areas of discomfort. Thus, I will most definitely agree that the referral was spot on.

I was referred to Sunshine Valley Chiropractic a few years ago and I am so thankful for that! Dr. Brittany has helped me with several issues. Including chronic migraines and low back and neck pain. It is always a pleasure to visit her knowing I will leave feeling much better than I did going into the appointment.

By far my favourite chiropractic/healing centre ever! Not only do they have cute doggies (which really helps to relax me) the atmosphere and staff are wonderful and Dr. Brittney is amazing. I've never felt this good leaving chiro before. I can't wait for my appointment next week!
