Jennifer is an amazing mentor and coach. I have had the pleasure of working with her throughout the years. Her skills and practices demonstrate her ethics, morals, professionalism and outstanding integrity.

I started seeing Jen as a Life Coach/Counsellor about a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She helped me with setting and maintaining goals for myself in the core aspects of my life (financial, emotional, physical, etc.) and was crucial in helping me build my confidence and maintaining my stressful work load. Our sessions are always productive and I leave feeling ready to take on life's challenges. Jen genuinely cares and is an amazing support system, I would recommend her to anyone!

Jen spoke at our corporate Black History Month event and prepared a professional and informative presentation. It was interactive, interesting, and included all of the key points we had discussed in our pre-planning.
