Thomas was extremely helpful in picking my new phone plan. I was under a contract with TELUS and I did not like the monthly payment. I was paying way too much on TELUS but Thomas showed me a much cheaper plan and set me up in no time. Thomas is so awesome and I highly recommend him to other people!

Hands down the best place to get a phone, their customer service is the best I have witnessed in the 2 years of living in North Vancouver. Thomas helped me get the plan and phone I wanted, he looked through every plan within minutes and locked down the best deal for the combination of phone and plan I wanted. He set my new phone up and I walked away extremely happy.

I had the best customer service ever from Harpreet. He was really patience with me the whole time. He transferred all my data from the old phone to my new phone that he got for me. He is really professional in what he does. i would recommend my friends and family to him as well.

Wow! These guys are great! Thanks to Jayveersinh for giving me great service and a super deal. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, honest. He and partner Harpreet “Happy” spent time helping me set up a new phone with my old plan and worked through all my questions and the details of transferring over all my data to the new phone. Thanks to Harpreet Aytan and Harpreet Sangar, they did a very good job by helping me pick a phone that i really like and also gave me a good deal. And also they helped me with the problem i had with my phone as well. they were really understanding . I will recommend my friends from work to get there wireless service from WOW Mobile Boutique in Park royal. Especially from Harpreet Aytan and Harpreet Sangar.

Kudos for the amazing staff here!!! Especially the people who helped me the manager Jayveer for doing such a great job taking care dealing about other issues from my previous service provider. Harpreet is also an asset to the store, he got the look and very helpful too! Mostafa is a just wonderful guy he always makes me laugh whenever im at the store. Great team & well recommend!!!

I never stop at the booths in malls but I did several months ago to see if they could determine if my phone was unlocked. Jay checked for me and told me about how they offer plans with a variety of mobile providers.I visited again when I was looking at switching providers. The customer service from this team is amazing. I highly recommend WOW! mobile boutique.

My wife and I were serviced by Harpreet at Wow Mobile Boutique in Park Royal South. He is professional and very courteous. He answered and fixed all the problems we had in our cell phones. He is a real good hire. Kudos!!
