I have two toddlers: a 2 and a newly turned 4 year old who are “impossible” to teach most of the time and strong willed. They knew nothing about music when they started with Shirin at the end of last summer and now they are playing children’s tunes! And no, I don’t practice with them and train them everyday or ever. This is all Shirin’s just once a week for an hour! I would recommend her as a tutor to anyone and any kid. We all love her. She has the perfect combination of sternness, patience and no bullsh$t! :)

I highly recommend Shirin to anyone that wants to learn violin. She is very passionate about music and makes every lesson enjoyable. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my playing in just a few months.

Shirin is an amazing and inspiring teacher. As a beginner, it was very tough to learn how to play the violin, but she was always patient and managed to keep me comfortable and motivated. Highly recommend.

Shirin is the best! It's always so much fun during the classes. She is very open to all kinds of new music and adjusts the material to the students liking. She plays both Violin and Piano (I only know of those two so far), so if you are learning one of those, you most probably will end up having a duet with her, and those duets are the best motivation for me!I have been taking lessons with her over half a year now and have no intention to stop. From not knowing where the middle C is I reached to wowing and surprising my friends with some pop songs everybody knows and loves.Shirin is a teacher that eventually becomes your friend! Shirin is very passionate about music and really pays attention to what time of music I like to learn. She uses RCM method of teaching which has been very beneficial for me and for my learning process.
